Steps

Contact Us

The initial first step is contacting us usually by the contact us / reservations form on our website. Once we have the basic information on what you are looking for - we can search our portfolio of properties and identify options and alternatives. The speed of response is usually within a few minutes to hours. We will usually provide a few options and electronic photos to help you get a sense and feel or the property. We look for your feedback to identify a potential match.

Application

After we find a property that matches your needs, time frame and budget we will send you an application. Simply complete, sign and return the application (electronically) and we will process the application.

Lease

Once we have received, processed and favorably decisional your application - the next step is to complete a lease and submit your deposit. In most cases we can do this electronically - however a small processing fee may apply to credit and debit transactions.

Move In and Enjoy

Move into your new residence and enjoy. One of our associates can meet you with keys or we can provide a lockbox service to ensure your keys are on-site for a late night or unclear arrival time.
